VISIT our website and see the installation video before you install this device. The installation setup is shown below in the following schematic. Please note that this schematic applies to outside installation of the unit at the incoming main to the house of the building. We recommend such installations to be done by a professional plumber as connections to the main has to be approved parts and also you have to make sure that the pressure gauge showing the incoming pressure to the house is functional and in good order. We recommend that incoming and pressure after our unit be confirmed to assure that it is in compliance with local plumbing codes.
The unit is installed online after the main line incoming pressure value. The unit is isolated with two values, before and after the unit as well as two additional valves, that allow easy by-pass of the unit - for service and cleaning when need be. The WaterHealer® connections – before and after have to fit the incoming city water piping and also the connection to the entry point at the home or apartment, so reducer or expander connections suitable to meet the sizing have to be used.
